If I won the lottery, I would:
Probably give most of it away
Favorite cause:
Food safety awareness and
seafood safety, in particular (This cause is very near
and dear to Vicki’s heart, because her father died
from eating raw oysters on what would have been his 82nd
birthday in September of 1994. Vicki won her fight to protect
consumers when a law was enacted requiring consumer warning
labels on the menus of establishments serving raw shellfish.)
Favorite TV shows: Oprah, Good Morning America and Dateline
(Vicki appeared on all three shows helping to spread the
word about the dangers of eating raw shellfish.)
Recent trip: Winter Park, Florida in March to see my daughter
get sworn in with the Winter Park Police Department
Something you probably didn’t know about me: I am

Best advice I ever received: Ignore 99% of the jetsam and
flotsam that’s going on around you and focus on the
1% that will truly make a difference for the better in
someone’s life
