Broward County School Board Member, Nora Rupert, Elected Florida School Board Association Treasurer

Broward County School Board member, Nora Rupert, has been elected Treasurer of the Florida School Boards Association (FSBA), the statewide organization representing school boards across Florida.

Ms. Rupert, along with three other school board members from across the state, were sworn in during the General Membership Meeting at FSBA’s Annual Summer Conference. Ms. Rupert, connected virtually to the ceremony to be sworn in as Treasurer.
 
This is the first time since 1989 that Broward County Public Schools has a District Board member on the FSBA Executive Board. Ms.Rupert, along with fellow School Board Member Ann Murray currently serve as FSBA Directors of District 17.
