Friday, February 09, 2018
Students from the Global Logistics Academy at South Broward High School are participating in the Junior Fellows program and learning valuable entrepreneurial skills.  These students are running their own company in partnership with Junior Achievement of South Florida. They researched, bought and packaged items including sunscreen, lip balms and anti-itch cream together learning supply chain management and the importance of excellent customer service. They designed the artwork for the bag that reads Ray Away to Keep the Sun at Bay and the Itch Away.

These students also have the opportunity to earn scholarships in “Spark Tank” where they will prepare a corporate report, develop a commercial and provide an overview of accomplishments for their company.
