Students Inducted as Mentees of 5,000 Role Models of Excellence Project

Three hundred male students participated in an induction ceremony at Hallandale High School. Congresswoman Frederica Wilson, founder of the 5,000 Role Models of Excellence Project, welcomed Broward County Public Schools students from elementary through high school who not only wore red ties that were tied during the ceremony but made a commitment to lifelong excellence.
