​BCPS Celebrates the 16th Annual Kids of Character Awards Ceremony

Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) celebrates the 16th Annual Kids of Character Awards Ceremony on Monday, May 2, 2016, at 7 p.m. The special recognition ceremony is sponsored by the Sun-Sentinel and Publix.

The event recognizes students and staff nominated by schools for demonstrating outstanding character throughout the school year, including cooperation, responsibility, citizenship, kindness, respect, honesty, self-control and tolerance.  

The event includes recognition of:

2016 Broward County Public Schools Innovation Zones Kids and Staff of Character Top Honorees
2016 Character of Excellence 
The Kids of Character awards ceremony takes place at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Amaturo Theater, 201 SW Fifth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
