Thursday, February 20, 2014
Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) has initiated an independent review of Exceptional Student Education (ESE) and Support Services. As part of the review process, the District has scheduled an informational meeting for parents and interested community members that will take place at South Plantation High School (1300 SW 54th Ave., Plantation, FL 33317) on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in the auditorium.

During this meeting, the independent review team from Evergreen Solutions, LLC, will provide more details on the initiative and the review process.

In addition, all ESE parents have the opportunity to provide feedback via an online survey conducted by Evergreen Solutions. Information and feedback provided through this online survey will remain anonymous. The comments will be used by Evergreen Solutions in its recommendations regarding the District’s ESE:
•   Programs and services;
•   Strategic planning for the 2014/15 school year; and

Parents can access the survey via the District’s website at browardschools.com or go directly to http://bcps-ese-parent.questionpro.com.
