The Superintendent’s JROTC Cadet of the Year Ceremony recognizes the top cadets in the District’s JROTC and Student Leadership Development Corps programs.  Honorees represent 29 high schools and six middle schools. School Board members and Superintendent Runcie will present scholarships and awards to select cadets. Refreshments will be served.
