Coral Springs High School business students ranked among the best in the nation during competitions at the Business Professionals of America 2014 National Leadership Conference. The Conference took place in Indianapolis, Indiana, April 30-May 4, 2014.
Congratulations to Coral Springs High School student Leonardo Gutierrez for winning first place in the Digital Media Production category. Coral Springs High School’s Computer Animation Team (Lucas Morelli, Lucas Doty, John Grignon and Zachary Pisani) also ranked among the top 10 high school teams in the nation. The National Leadership Conference includes students from across the country competing in a variety of business and technical competition categories.

In addition, Coral Springs High School business students Maggie Bodner and Alyssa Herman won second place in the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Regional competition on May 5, 2014. The students earned $1,000 scholarships and are now eligible to compete in the organization’s national competition, which will be held in San Francisco, California.
