Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) students are getting ready to start the new school year on Monday, August 21, 2017.  Four District schools on year-round calendars (Colbert Museum Magnet, Lake Forest Elementary School, Watkins Elementary School and McNicol Middle School), begin on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

As schools prepare to welcome students back to class, BCPS is proud to share Volume I of What’s New in 2017/18.  As we countdown to the first day of school, additional volumes will be provided to keep our community updated on the great work taking place across the District.
