Western High School Hosts South Florida Qualifying Robotics Tournament

FIRST® Tech Challenge Robotics Qualifying Tournament

Saturday, November 21, 2015, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

WHY:        
The FIRST® Tech Challenge pits teams of high school students, mentored by professional engineers, against each other for a shot at the state and national championships and scholarship dollars. Teams designed and built robots from a common kit of parts to perform tasks defined in the Challenge. Winners of this mid-level robotics competition will advance to the South Florida championship, also hosted by Western High, in January 2016.
