Introducing Harness The Power

The Harness The Power Program is an employee incentive program that was developed in collaboration with all of the school board’s employee groups. The goal is simple; find ways for the district to save money, streamline operations or increase revenue and receive some of the savings, up to $5,000 a year.

To submit an idea for consideration, download this form and follow the simple, step-by-step directions. You can send it to the Employee Relations Department, attention HTP  Coordinator, via pony or e-mail. You will receive confirmation that your suggestion has been received and a follow up note as to whether or not the idea will be implemented. Everyone has good ideas! All ideas are reviewed.
