Dear Community Business Partner,

You are invited to join with other Broward County based businesses that are supporting the District’s use of technology in the classroom. Businesses that collect sales and use taxes can donate their monthly calculation rebates (a maximum of $30) to the State’s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund. Money deposited into this fund will be redirected to the home district of the businesses making the donation, to be used specifically for classroom technology and teacher training. By checking the donation box on the transmittal form, area businesses can potentially provide $4-6 million for use by schools. These funds will be used to support many innovative programs.
