Google's GS First Roadshow Stops at McNicol Middle School

McNicol Middle School students recently got a chance to participate in the Google Coding Congressional App Challenge. The Google computer science program teaches students about the importance of STEM education through an interactive coding presentation. The goal of the presentation is to encourage students to develop an interest in computer science education and grow their problem solving and technical coding skills. Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz spoke to students about the Congressional App Challenge, which encourages students to learn how to code through Districtwide competitions hosted by Congress.
