Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Hosts 5th Annual Special Olympics

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School hosted over than 400 student athletes at its fifth annual Special Olympics event. Students had the opportunity to show their personal best in track and field events with support from more than 300 volunteers, including their peers, parents and community members. The students were also treated to an official opening ceremony, which included the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School drum line,  presentation of colors and national anthem by the JROTC, cheerleaders and torch run.
