More than 42,000 volunteers, mentors and business partners provide support to BCPS students. These efforts generate one million hours of volunteer service and $4 million in cash and in-kind donations. The Community Involvement Awards recognizes and rewards the efforts of the individuals and organizations that give so much to BCPS students and schools. The Community Involvement Awards is a collaboration between BCPS Public Information Office, Office of Student Support Initiatives, and Office of Strategic and Continuous Improvement.
