Coral Cove Elementary School Celebrates Student Achievement

Recently, Coral Cove Elementary School celebrated receiving a school grade of "A" for the 10th consecutive year. The school received 688 points, the highest number of points received by a public school in Broward County. The learning gains demonstrated by students and the dedication of the teachers, faculty, school leaders and all of the hard-working Coral Cove team are certainly something to celebrate. During the 2014/15 school year, approximately 860 students were enrolled at Coral Cove Elementary School. The school has one of the largest Exceptional Student Education (ESE) populations in the county and more than 51 percent of families qualify for free or reduced priced lunch.

"I am incredibly proud of my students and the wonderful teachers and support team at Coral Cove", said Principal Phillip Bullock. "Every member of the Coral Cove family plays an important role to help our students learn and grow."

Coral Cove Elementary School is located at 5100 SW 148th Avenue in Miramar. Coral Cove’s mission is to provide each student with the best educational opportunity possible in a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
