Free Annual Back to School Family Health Fair

WHY:           The annual Back to School Family Health Fair is an ongoing effort to help improve the health and social-emotional needs of the families surrounding the Dillard High School community. The goal is to inform the Broward County community of the many resources and services, which are available to them from Broward County Public Schools and other community organizations.
During the event, students will be provided with free immunizations, physicals, dental and vision screenings, backpacks, school supplies and lunch (while supplies last). Adults will have access to medical screening for diabetes and high blood pressure. This event is FREE and open to the public.
