Email our volunteer coordinator, Ms. Jacqueline Nelson (email@example.com), with your first and last name in order to cross reference the Volunteer Database. You will also receive future listings of volunteering opportunities occurring at our school via e-mail.
In order to apply to volunteer at any Broward County Public School, complete the volunteer application.
For Students Only
Any high school students that would like to volunteer at Forest Glen Middle School for community service hours (toward graduation) must first be approved by Mr. Forsman and follow the procedure below:
FIRST: Submit the following information to Ms. Jacqueline Nelson (firstname.lastname@example.org), Volunteer Coordinator
(Your name, contact information, school you attend, your availability, and what you are interested in doing for service hour credit) All requests for graduation service hours are submitted to Mr. Forsman for approval. Once you have been approved to earn service hours at Forest Glen you will be contacted when there is availability.
SECOND: Have a pre-arranged assignment including date, time, and duration (You cannot just show up. You will not be permitted on campus without a pre-arranged assignment)
THIRD: Upon arrival, check-in/sign-in with Ms. Nelson, Volunteer Coordinator
FINALLY: Any student volunteer that does not follow the above procedure will be removed from the volunteer pool at Forest Glen Middle School.
