    A Word From The Coach

    The goal of cross country is to teach a love of fitness.  Typical “long” workouts are to the beach and back.  Our “speed work” is done on the track.  Athletes come away from the sport with “strong mind – strong body” and lifetime friends.

    Season & Practice Times

    Fall season, Mon – Friday at the track (3:00 – 5:00), Meets are typically on Tuesdays

    Requirement for Membership

    • Tryout
    • 2.0 GPA
    • No obligations
