    Please keep the following in mind:

    • Non-profit organizations requesting a surplus materials donation must provide a written request to the Superintendents Screening Committee
    • If approved the organization will receive a letter authorizing a donation
    • Not all surplus material is available for donation
    • Requests will be determined on a case by case basis
