Students in our Allied Health Sciences program begin with an in depth course in Anatomy and Physiology. This entry level course is also an opportunity to learn how the various allied health careers interact with various human systems. As the students progress to levels two and three of this career readiness program, they complete internship programs at Memorial Hospital Miramar. Students rotate through each department of the hospital where they observe medical procedures, interact with patients and learn the many exciting opportunities that await them in this career choice. Students also study for the EKG exam and can become industry certified as EKG Technicians.
