• Yoga and Wellness Club provides an opportunity for students to learn and practice the fundamentals of yoga. Joining this club will allow students an outlet for stress reduction, enhancing creativity and focus, and numerous physical benefits. 


    We meet twice a month. Most meetings include a guided yoga session. Occasionally, we incorporate fun activities that promote positivity.
