    • Review the Registration Checklist for all documents required to enroll your student at Coconut Creek High School.

    STEP 3: Registration Form

    Complete the online Registration Form

    STEP 4: Emergency Contact Card

    Complete the online Emergency Contact Form

    STEP 5: Submit Required Documentation

    To ensure your child's enrollment at CCHS, parents MUST provide current and valid documentation from yes STEP 2 at the start of the school year. You may submit documents by completing one of the following:

    1. Scan and email documents to

    3. Bring all required documents to the school. (Please call prior to dropping off paperwork.)
    • All documents should include the student's first and last name and current grade level.
    • Once the documents are received, you will receive a phone call from the School Enrollment Office.
