• May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This year, a calendar has been created for students, families, and staff members to follow along and generate conversations and reflections that increase mindfulness. A weekly journaling prompt is also included to help with your awareness journey. We hope that you will join us to educate and advocate for awareness of an issue that impacts so many. Just as we take care of our physical health, we must also take care of our mental health. #VirtuallyResilient
