EPE PROGRAM FEES:
- Beforecare Pay Periods (9) – $20 (i.e. Only Full Beforecare Fee and No Activities Fee)
- Aftercare Pay Periods (9) – $169 (i.e. $163 Full Aftercare Fee + $6 Activities Fee)
- Registration Fee – $25 (one-time payment per family)

**NOTE: Payment is due no later than 6:00 p.m., or program closing time, of the scheduled payment due date, if made at the school location. When paying online, the payment must be made by 9:30 p.m. of the last day to pay (as shown on the Payment Calendar). School Board Policy requires that a child must be registered and required fees must be paid before he/she can attend the After Care Program. Parents are responsible for knowing when their Aftercare Payment is due. Failure to pay by this time will result in the student being automatically withdrawn from theEagle Point Elementary Afterschool Program and a $25 reregistration/late fee.
Students are to be picked up by 6:00 pm. A late pick-up fee of $15.00, will be charged for each 15-minute increment the parent or guardian is late in picking up each of his/her child(ren) (i.e. 1-15 minutes; 16-30 minutes; 31-45 minutes, etc.). The clock used for time is the clock found at the pick-up location. All outstanding late pick-up fees must be paid before the next payment period begins. Three late pick-ups may result in students being withdrawn from the program.
**NOTE: Students, not picked up at dismissal time, will have their parents called immediately. If the program cannot contact the parents, the program will follow the procedure established by School Board Policy for abandoned students.
The goal of the Eagle Point Elementary Afterschool Program is to serve the community by offering a high quality afterschool child care program of developmentally appropriate activities in a wholesome, safe, and inclusive environment.

PROGRAM BEHAVIOR POLICY:
Allstudents attending the program are expected to follow the “EPE Behavior Expectations”, which aligns with “Code of Student Conduct” for Broward County Public Schools (BCPS), and SBBC Anti-bullying Policy 5.9:

The Eagle Point Elementary Afterschool Program is staffed with highly qualified employees (many of whom possess an Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and/or Educational Specialist degree) of the School Board of Broward County. Furthermore, staff members also attend ongoing professional development.
Attendance is taken daily within the first 20 minutes of the program’s start time. If a student does not report to the program, and is not on the Official Absentee List or Early Dismissal List, the parent/guardian or emergency contact will be notified to verify the student’s absence.
**NOTE: If a student is not going to attend the program for any reason, it is the parent’s responsibility to notify the Program Supervisor and the child’s homeroom teacher in a timely manner by calling the program or school’s telephone number and leaving a message prior to 2:00 pm (the program’s start time). We urge parents toplease do not ask the teacher to take on the responsibility of notifying the Supervisor that your child will not be attending the program.These procedures are in place to ensure the safety of all students attending the program.
Students may only be signed out and dismissed from the designated sign-out area between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
**NOTE: Students may be signed out of the program to leave for the day only by those persona indicated on the registration form as having authorization to do so and producing a photo ID for verification. Please refer to the Parent Handbook (pg.6) for further dismissal information.
With the safety and well being of the child(ren) in mind, parents are urged to provide us with CURRENT/UP-TO-DATE emergency contact information (i.e. home/cell numbers, email).
