Assistant Principal's Message
Dear Norcrest Elementary Parents:
Welcome back to an exciting 2020-2021 school year. Our mission this year is “WHATEVER IT TAKES”! My personal goal is to make sure that your child continues to enjoy attending school each and everyday, I will do “WHATEVER IT TAKES” to ensure that they are safe and focused on their class instruction. Please know that Norcrest Elementary’s expectation is that every child that attends our school understands that we encourage them to collaborate, cooperate, and communicate with their peers on a daily basis. Due to the fact that our initial start of the 2020/2021 school year will begin with our students participating in an E-Learning (Distance Learning) program, please be assured that your child(ren) will see their classroom teacher each and every school day. Our teachers will be providing some of the most innovative and engaging lessons for all students. Parents, please make sure that your child is in attendance each and everyday by signing into their Clever Single Sign On (SSO) account.
Additionally, I encourage you to become active in our Parent Teacher Association (PTA). PTA is a wonderful way for you to share ideas and support the mission of our school. For example, information pertaining to School Activities and how you can become a School Volunteer are found on their website: (www.norcrestpta.org). Let’s do “WHATEVER IT TAKES” for our Norcrest Elementary Students!
Finally, I sincerely believe in a school environment that has a common focus on improving student outcomes in the areas of Academics, Character Development and School Citizenship. Working together makes a difference in the lives of our students. I look forward to working with you, our wonderful students and all stakeholders here at Norcrest Elementary. Please don’t hesitate to stop by and see me if you have any concerns, my door is always open!
Wishing You the Best!
Mr. Robinson, Assistant Principal
