The Instructional Innovation & Digital Learning Distance Learning Program provides interactive educational experiences to all K-12 Broward County Public Schools. Whether you are taking your class on a virtual field trip or connecting with another classroom, distance learning provides opportunities to explore the curriculum and deepen student knowledge. In partnership with outside organizations, we provide students with a powerful and authentic way to make connections and make connections in their learning. 

Virtual Field Trips 

Virtual field trips transform the classroom into an environment where interactive learning is extended beyond the classroom into a world of global learning. Experts and educational specialists from around the world present fun and interactive virtual field trips through videoconferencing. Removing the hassle of planning field trips, these virtual field trips provide equity, access, and inclusion to all students in Broward Schools.
