State Board of Education approved Broward County Public Schools’ Reading Endorsement Plan through June 30, 2025.

All course content is subject to change for each competency course during the plan's renewal period, which may result in the requirement of additional coursework for participants who are seeking reading endorsement, as determined by the District.

The District's Reading Endorsement Program is offered through Broward Virtual University.

• Foundations of Literacy Assessment (Comp 3)
• Differentiated Reading Instruction (Comp 4)
• Demonstration of Accomplished Practices (Comp 5) MUST Complete Comp 1-4 First!
