Budget

The Budget Department serves as the fiscal steward of the district’s resources, overseeing the development, monitoring, and reporting of the annual operating and capital budgets. Working in collaboration with leadership, schools, and departments, the team forecasts revenues, allocates funds according to strategic priorities, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Through transparent budget planning and ongoing analysis, the department supports decision-making that aligns financial investments with student achievement and operational excellence.
