Apply Now! Head Start

The Broward County Public School's Head Start program serves pregnant mothers and children birth to age four. The Head Start program has three application steps outlined below. Families with children in foster care, those experiencing homelessness, families receiving public assistance (TANF, SNAP, or SSI), and children with disabilities are encouraged to apply. 

  • Early Head Start - Pregnant women and children birth - 2-years-old
  • Head Start Preschool - Children 3 and 4-years-old on OR before September 1st of that year
