Educational Assessment, Research & Analysis Department – Office Locations and Visitor Information

Our department has two main offices to support schools and families across Broward County. Please see the information below if you are planning a visit:

Twin Lakes Office
Address: 4200 NW 10th Avenue, Oakland Park, FL 33309

Directions to Twin Lakes Office:

If you're coming from the south:

• Take I-95 North to Oakland Park Boulevard and go east.

• Turn left (north) on Powerline Road (NW 9th Avenue).

• Turn left (west) onto 38th Street.

If you're coming from the north:

• Take I-95 South to Commercial Boulevard and go west.

• Turn left (south) on Powerline Road (NW 9th Avenue).

• Turn right (west) onto 38th Street.

Once you're on 38th Street:

• Drive over the railroad tracks. You’ll see the Central Warehouse on your right.

• Turn right (north) onto NW 10th Avenue.

• Continue about 1/4 mile until you reach 4200 NW 10th Avenue (on the right).

• Park inside the fenced lot.

• Go to the double glass doors in the corner of the building and use the security intercom to call Student Assessment for entry.
