Rent a BCPS Facility
Broward County Public Schools use Facilitron, an online system for requesting and managing facility rentals. Through Facilitron, facility users may:
- View photos and descriptions of available school facilities
- Check real‑time availability
- Receive estimated rental quotes
- Pay rental invoices online
The request, approval, and management of facility use is now fully digital through Facilitron. All facility use remains governed by the District’s Board Policies on Facility Use, and school site administrators retain final approval authority for all facility requests.
Facilitron collects and verifies required proof of insurance and processes facility rental payments. Payments may be submitted via:
- Major credit cards
- ACH / eCheck
- PayPal
- Check
If assistance is needed to set up an account or submit a facility rental request, please contact Facilitron Support directly at support@facilitron.com or by calling 1‑800‑272‑2962. The Facilitron Support Center is available 24 hours a day.

General Information
Broward County Public Schools facilities are available for rental to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Facilities used by non-district organizations require an approved rental contract. The rental or use of public school facilities for non-district functions shall be permitted when not in conflict with regular or extracurricular school programs.
Food and Beverage
The school principal or facility director shall require the use of regular food service workers when fixed kitchen equipment is used in connection with food preparation, service and clean-up during use of a public school facility rental.
Rental Fees
Rental fees are outlined in Exhibit 1 of the Facility Rental Use Policy 8020
Payments
Payments must be made seven (7) days prior to the event date. You may pay by cash, money order, business or cashier's check.
Questions regarding the capacity, lighting, air-conditioning, or the sound system shall be referred to the school. For more information regarding facility rentals, contact the Rentals Service Desk at 754-321-2160 or facilityrentals@browardschools.com.
