Employee Assistance Program

EAP Logo

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to support BCPS employees’ overall personal and/or work-related well-being. The EAP aims to assist all BCPS employees and their families in increasing mental health awareness, linking to services and resources, and providing care management support.

The EAP provides support by using a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). The EAP services include; psycho-education presentations, crisis stabilization, intake stabilization and needs assessments, wellness contact, resource connections, and referrals.
