Procurement & Logistic Operations

The Procurement and Logistic Operations Department manages the District's Procurement and Warehousing functions supporting:

  • Facilities Construction and Maintenance
  • Procurement of Educational Materials, Food Service, Goods and Professional Services
  • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives
  • Coordinates Direct Negotiations between individual Schools and Suppliers and Manage Excess and Obsolete Inventory

This includes the Solicitation, Negotiation and Award of supplier contracts, coordination of the presentation of awards to the School Board for approval, maintaining full compliance with all regulations, ensuring delivery and quality standards are met and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Our goal is to support student learning by providing timely, cost effective resources while ensuring transparency and efficiency in managing our spend.
