What is QSEC  

The Qualification Selection Evaluation Committee (QSEC) is tasked with pre-qualifying bidders for construction contracts, and selecting architects, engineers, design-builders, construction managers and total program managers, for any procurement delivery method, including any services offered in the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) as amended for recommendation to the School Board for award.

QSEC is also tasked with the selection and recommendation of award of contracts to architects, engineers, design-builders, construction managers and total program managers.

The QSEC meetings, for purposes of contractor qualifications, evaluation of proposals, selection and recommendation of award of contracts, are held at (unless otherwise specified):

QSEC Responsibilities and Governance

The responsibilities and duties of the Committee will be in accordance with Florida Statutes and Broward County School Board Policies, as currently amended.
