District Security Operations Center

The District Security Operations Center (DSOC) serves as the 24/7 communications hub for all non-emergency security matters throughout Broward County Public Schools (BCPS). Operating year-round, DSOC monitors and addresses safety concerns, processes tip reports, and provides critical support to first responders and district investigators during emergencies by adhering to established protocols. Staffed by essential personnel, the center plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure learning environment. DSOC also manages all public records video requests and is responsible for monitoring school alarm systems and security cameras, working closely with the Broward County Schools Police, the Department of Safety and Security, and other BCPS departments to ensure confidentiality and effective collaboration.
