CHIEF'S MESSAGE
It is a privilege to lead the dedicated men and women of the Broward County Schools Police (BCSP). Providing a safe and secure learning environment is fundamental to the educational process; our students cannot truly thrive or learn if they do not feel safe. Every day, BCSP officers work to protect our schools. They serve not only as guardians but also as role models, building meaningful relationships with students and staff to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported in sharing information critical to maintaining a safe school environment.
BCSP is proud to have built strong partnerships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Collaboration across all levels is essential to fulfilling our mission of keeping schools safe.
As Chief, I remain firmly committed to making school safety our top priority. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in roles that allow me to witness firsthand the importance of guiding and mentoring today’s youth. Together, with the support of our community, the Broward County Schools Police Department stands ready to strengthen the connection between law enforcement and our students, ensuring that our schools remain safe, supportive, and nurturing places to learn and grow.
