The Jazz Room: “Language of the Soul”
Dive into the roots of jazz in our interactive “Jazz Room,” featuring a dynamic tribute to Fort Lauderdale’s very own Julian “Cannonball” Adderley—legendary musician and former Dillard High School teacher. Enjoy the intimate “nightclub” atmosphere where live performances often bring the music to life!

The SportZone Room
Celebrate athletic excellence in a space dedicated to Dillard High School alumni who went on to shine in professional sports. This exhibit inspires students to dream big through stories of perseverance, teamwork, and local pride.

Explore Local History
Discover artifacts and exhibits that showcase Fort Lauderdale’s Black heritage, community milestones, and influential figures—all inside this historic school building.
