Mentoring Across Broward

 

Mentoring Across Broward is Broward County Public Schools’ comprehensive mentoring initiative, designed to address the concerns of students, parents, educators, and community stakeholders seeking meaningful mentorship opportunities for all students.

Housed within the Department of School Culture and Student Support, the initiative takes a multi-tiered approach to connect students with caring peers and adults through both school-based and community-based mentoring programs. The goal is to ensure every student has access to supportive, empowering relationships that foster personal and academic growth.

Through Mentoring Across Broward, individuals and organizations have the opportunity to mentor students one-on-one or in small groups during the school day, directly on school campuses. These consistent, structured interactions help build trust, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging critical components of student success.
