Secondary Social Studies

Students enrolled in secondary Social Studies courses engage with high-level content and critical thinking skills aligned with the Florida State Academic Standards and B.E.S.T. Standards for Social Studies. Through a variety of required and elective courses, students explore key concepts in American History, World History, Geography, Economics, Financial Literacy, Civics, and Government, building a strong foundation for informed citizenship and real-world understanding.

Middle Grades Social Studies

Students in Secondary Social Studies courses have the opportunity to engage in learning high-level content and skills as required by the State of Florida Academic Standards and B.E.S.T standards for Social Studies.  Students learn concepts and content in the areas of  World History, Civics, and American History through a variety of required and elective courses.

High School Grades Social Studies

Students in Secondary Social Studies courses have the opportunity to engage in learning high level content and skills as required by the State of Florida Academic Standards and B.E.S.T standards for Social Studies.  Students learn concepts and content in the areas of Geography, World History, American History, Economics, Personal Financial Literacy and Government through a variety of required and elective courses.
