2025-2030 Forecasted Certificates of Occupancy (COs) by Municipality

The School Board of Broward County, Florida, requests the assistance of each municipality in forecasting five-year residential development trends in Broward County. This report is being prepared, in part, to satisfy the requirements of Section 4.4 of the Third Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning, Broward County, Florida. In accordance with Section 4.4, the County and Municipalities are required to provide the Superintendent of Schools with an annual report on growth and development trends within their jurisdiction. This information is utilized to forecast student enrollments for all Broward County Public Schools.

All Certificates of Occupancy are due August 31 per the Third Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning.
