The Caliber Awards is the District's premier employee recognition program, honoring outstanding teachers, principals, assistant principals, and school-related employees whose dedication, leadership, and commitment positively impact the success of more than students and adult learners. Each year, the program celebrates extraordinary individuals who inspire students, strengthen schools, and make a lasting difference across Broward County Public Schools. Their passion, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence exemplify the very best of our District.
