Distance Learning & Wellness Survey
Broward County Public Schools recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing disruptions to all of our lives in many ways. In these unprecedented times, we wanted to learn more about how distance learning was going and how you were feeling during school closures. We asked you to complete a short survey to give us the feedback we needed to provide the best services, resources, and distance learning experiences to students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
Your answers were anonymous and confidential unless you requested support and provided your own information.
Thank you for your participation in the Distance Learning & Wellness Survey. Click on the links below for the results.

What You Need to Know
Student surveys were available in English and Spanish and parent/caregiver surveys were available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian-Creole.
Parents/caregivers completed the survey one time per school, in which they have a student enrolled. If a parent/caregiver has two children in the same school, they were advised to respond using the experience of the eldest child at the school or complete the survey once for each child.
Staff surveys were distributed via email and Canvas announcements to ensure only staff complete those versions. If a staff member is also a parent/caregiver, then they could have completed both the staff and parent/caregiver surveys as they are different experiences!
BCPS developed this survey in partnership with Panorama Education and modeled it after similar initiatives conducted in large school districts across the country. For additional assistance, please call 754-321-1675.
