A Word From The Coach
The goal of cross country is to teach a love of fitness. Typical “long” workouts are to the beach and back. Our “speed work” is done on the track. Athletes come away from the sport with “strong mind – strong body” and lifetime friends.
Season & Practice Times
Mon – Friday at the track (3:00 – 5:00)
Meets are typically on Tuesdays.
Requirement for Membership
- 2.0 GPA
- No obligations
2011 State Qualifier- Daniel Puentes
