  • What is Cambridge?

    Posted by:

Cambridge International Education and Assessment is an international non-profit organization that creates curriculum and standards for education. Additionally, they provide extensive training for teachers in the areas of active learning and metacognition, as well as effective planning and assessment strategies.  At the middle school level, the purpose of Cambridge courses is to develop the Cambridge Learner Attributes so students are prepared for the rigor of the high school-level courses and successfully earn their AICE Diploma.

  • Is your school safe?

    Posted by:

Yes, Attucks Middle School prides itself on providing our students with a safe and supervised campus. We have a single-entry point campus and three full-time security monitors as well as a School Resource Officer. Our administrative team works with our support staff and faculty to establish and maintain unified rules and procedures for all aspects of the school day so students know exactly what to expect.

Our small size, just about 825 students for the 2018-2019 school year, makes it easy for us to identify and resolve potential issues and we maintain a stellar safety record.

If you would like to visit our campus, please call Mrs. Dallaire, our magnet coordinator, to schedule an appointment.
