There are many forms that need to be completed each year for all students.  All required (and optional) forms are provided in the first-day packet, or whenever new students register.  Broward Schools is excited to announce parents can now complete the required BACK TO SCHOOL FORMS online in your language of choice at:

Turn in ONE "Submission Sheet" instead of an entire packet!

Complete all the questions and print the confirmation page.  Sign the printed page and turn it into the school.
