The college and Career Transition Club -CCT is a grant funded by the University of Central Florida (UCF). The Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities at UCF has invited local public and private schools (operating pursuant to s. 1002.42) serving students in grades 9 – 12 to apply for resources to establish a Florida College and Career Transition Club (CCT Club). Students with and without disabilities will work closely with their peers, as well as our Career and Technical staff and teachers, to explore post-secondary opportunities and experiences during the school day and at times after school through meetings and portfolio sessions. There are exciting off-campus opportunities available to interested members in good standing.
