    Flag football conditioning has started for all ladies that are interested. Please see the athletic board for conditioning days and find Coach Anthony for more info. 

    Here’s a congratulations to our PHS Cheer team for placing in the top 3 in the District and for making the semi-finals in the State. If you see them, please wish them well on their journey to States.

    Attention Teachers and Staff. Today is the last day Washington National will be in the Production Room for the supplemental Cancer, Heart, and accidental coverages and also for permanent life insurance. If you haven't stopped by yet, please do so, get a free gift just for listening and put your name in a drawing for a Grand Prize. The drawing is today at 2pm.  They have bagels, snacks & fruits for you as well.  Our first winner is Ms. Palmer. She is the winner of the Bissel vacuum!! Congratulations Ms. Palmer!!

    Attention Senior,  Broward College will be back on Campus Friday, January 21st registering seniors. If you are interested in attending Broward College or have Broward College as a back-up plan, please see Mrs. Solomon in the Brace office, room 160 during lunch or after-school.

    Seniors, please remember to wear red on Friday January 21st for your senior panoramic picture. If you are a senior going to gradbash please make sure to complete the Microsoft form. This form can be found on the senior instagram page. Please stop by room 153 if you have any questions. 

    Sophomore Week:  We will be celebrating and honoring the Class of 2024 - PHS Sophomores all of next week, January 24th - January 28th.  Listen for our special announcements and lunch time activities in the court yard: Meet and Greet, special announcement, signing day, etc. We are asking each member of staff to help us honor our sophomores. Help us motivate, encourage and uplift each members of the class of 2024. Next is your week sophomore. Let us get to know each other. See you next week.

    Attention Seniors,  Florida Memorial University will be on campus this Thursday. They will be holding an application day. All you need is 2.0 to get admitted into FMU. If you're interested, please see Mrs. Solomon in room 160 for a pass during lunch or after-school.

    Tonight, tonight will be the last home game for boys basketball. Come out and show your support. Remember to purchase your tickets on the gofan app. Reminder, no bags of any kind will be allowed in the building. Thank you for your cooperation. SEE YOU AT TONIGHT'S GAME. 

    On Friday, the ladies Colonel's basketball team went into Cooper City with only 5 players, who are now known as the Fab 5 Colts came away with a 40-37 hard-fought victory...tonight as the team looked to end the regular season on a high note with a victory over Hollywood Hills colonel nation come out and support the girls and boys program...Thank you! 

    Movie Night is sponsored by Plantation High School National Honor Society. Our very own Plantation High School National Honor Society will be hosting a movie night on Wednesday,  January 26, from 3:30 to 5: 30 pm in the auditorium. For only $3.00, please join us to watch Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Tickets will be on sale during A & B lunches, before and after school on Rm. 312 beginning Monday, January 24th.  Snacks are on sale for only $1.00.     Come one, come all! The National Honors Society has something big planned for everyone! They will be hosting an event called the Color Fun Run right after school on February 2nd next to the gifted building. It will be your time to shine and proudly represent your grade by playing field games and doing dance battles against your underclassmen and upperclassmen. There will also be an opportunity to douse each other with colored powder to mark the end of the event. Also, each grade level will be assigned a color to wear to the event, so freshmen will wear white, sophomores will wear red, juniors will wear black, and seniors will wear blue!  Listen out for tickets! We’ll see which grade stands out, so let the games begin! See you February 2nd!
