ESE Mission Statement

    To create a framework upon which schools and families can build a collaborative structure of
    support services that promotes academic achievement and encourages personal growth in students
    with disabilities
    The ESE Department is committed to assist all students with disabilities at Lyons Creek achieve
    academic and social skills success in the least restrictive environment. We currently have 4 ESE
    Support teachers that work with students in the General Education setting, 3 Speech/Language
    Pathologists, and 3 ESE Teachers that work with students in self-contained SVE classrooms. In
    addition, support staff such as Family Counselors, Occupational and Physical Therapists visit our
    school on a regular basis to work with students who may require their services as listed on their IEP.
