    The payment window for Panther Pastimes took place from September 18th through September 25th. If you have already paid, please follow the directions below to register. Clubs start Monday, October 22nd and car pickup is at 3:15 in the car loop area.

     

    Panther Pastimes are back for the fall! They will start on October 22th and continue through December 17th.

    Please read carefully first. You must pay and register!

    First, go to the online school pay site and pay for your class. Take the 10% off option if your child is in aftercare already, if you are a BCPS employee, or if two or more siblings are registering together (PLEASE NOTE-- Pay full price for one child and 10% off** for each sibling).

    Then, you must follow these steps to register:

    1. Make note of your login information before you click below. Your username is '3631Parent' and your password is 'parent'

    2. Click the link to register below using the latest version of Internet Explorer (on PC), Google Chrome (PC or Mac), or Safari (on Mac)

    3. On the Aftercare web site that comes up, Click ELOP, then Register for ELOP. Then enter the username and password.
    4. Select New Application (or Update Application if you wish to make changes).

    5. Input your child's student number and last name.

    6. Fill out the form and select the club that your child is interested in (remember that all clubs meet at the same time so you can only select one club).

    7. Since you have already paid, make note of your payment confirmation number and enter it on the form in the appropriate spot. Now that you have read the directions, you are ready to click below!

    This is an exciting opportunity for students to participate in enrichment activities with certified teachers. We are glad that you came to the web site to check it out. A club must have a minimum of 12 students registered to go forward so please sign up early to ensure your spot. Students can sign up for one club only and the cost is $88. This money is paid in one non-refundable* payment that is due by September 25th, 2018. There is a discount for siblings (regular price for one and discounted for all other siblings), current Parkside aftercare students, and the children of school board employees (only $80**). 

    Clubs start on October 22nd, they will meet for 8 weeks (through December 17th with no clubs on Veteran's Day) from 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm. 

    There are 6 clubs to choose from:

    Books and Cooks (K-2) with Ms. Barnes
    Cake Decorating (3-5) with Ms. Ovesen
    Cheerleading Champs (K-5 Boys and Girls) with Ms. Kazanjian
    Kickin' It Kickball Club (K-2) with Ms. Feller
    Kickin' It Kickball Club (2-5) with Ms. Mozitis
    Random Acts of Kindness Club (2-5) with Ms. Izquierdo

    Students who are not currently enrolled in our regular aftercare program must be picked up promptly at 3:15. There will be no walkers or bike riders after clubs since there are no crossing guards at that time. 

    *Note: Although club registration is non-refundable, if your club doesn't fill up it will not take place. In that case, we will ask you to join a different club. If there are no other clubs available, you will receive a refund.

    **Note: The system is unable to process payments that are not rounded off. This is why our 10% discount is $80.
