    Due to school closure, Panther Pastimes will not take place this Spring. if you have already paid and pre-registered for a club, a refund will be processed for you. Please be patient with the time line for these refunds. They will be processed as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for more information about our after school clubs, which will hopefully start up again in the fall. Thanks!

      

     

     

    Please read carefully first. You must pay and register!

    You must follow these steps to register:

    1. First, go to the online school pay site and pay for your class (available between 3/2 and 3/16). Select the correct club from the list. Take the 10% off option if your child is in aftercare already, if you are a BCPS employee, or if two or more siblings are registering together (PLEASE NOTE-- Pay full price for one child and 10% off** for each sibling).
    2. Then, return to this page to access the registration link below.
    3. Make note of your login information before you click below. Your username is '3631Parent' and your password is 'parent'

    4. Click the link to register below using the latest version of Internet Explorer (on PC), Google Chrome (PC or Mac), or Safari (on Mac)

    5. Then, enter the user name and password above.
    6. Select New Application (or Update Application if you wish to make changes).

    7. Input your child's student number and last name.

    8. Fill out the form and select the club that your child is interested in (remember that all clubs meet at the same time so you can only select one club).

    9. Since you have already paid, make note of your payment confirmation number and enter it on the form in the appropriate spot. Now that you have read the directions, you are ready to click below!

    *Note: Although club registration is non-refundable, if your club doesn't fill up it will not take place. In that case, we will ask you to join a different club. If there are no other clubs available, you will receive a refund.
    **Note: The system is unable to process payments that are not rounded off. This is why our 10% discount is $80. 

    This is an exciting opportunity for students to participate in enrichment activities with certified teachers. A club must have a minimum of 12 students registered to go forward so please sign up early to ensure your spot. Students can sign up for one club only and the cost is $88. This money is paid in one non-refundable* payment that is due by March 16th, 2020. There is a discount for siblings (regular price for one and discounted for all other siblings), current Parkside aftercare students, and the children of school board employees (only $80**). 

    Clubs start on March 30th and they will meet for 8 weeks on Mondays from 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm. Please note that due to academic camps for 4th and 5th grade, this semester's clubs are only for grades K-3.

    There are 4 clubs to choose from:

    Books and Cooks (K-1) with Ms. Barnes
    Soccer Club (K-1) with Ms. Monaghan
    Kickin' It Kickball Club (2-3) with Ms. Feller
    Clay Creations (2-3) with Ms. Mastrianni

    Students who are not currently enrolled in our Parkside Aftercare program must be picked up promptly at 3:15. There will be no walkers or bike riders after clubs since there are no crossing guards at that time.
